Architecture and Environmental Design

Architecture is our main discipline with multiple projects completed since establishing the autonomy of the Canberra office of Collard Clarke Jackson in 1994.  Our particular focus is in the Education sector with an extensive portfolio of completed work.

We have completed many education, commercial, residential and hospitality projects.

We have a strong focus on the application of environmental principles in the built environment. We completed the first 6 star Green Star project in Canberra, Trevor Pearcey House for Australian Ethical Investments. We have Green Star accredited professionals on our staff, including Director Kevin Miller.

Interior Design

We have a dedicated Interior Design team under the direction of Interiors Manager Jennifer Witheford who work closely with our Architects at Collard Clarke Jackson on all projects such as the CIT Sustainable Skills Training Hub and the Burgmann Anglican School Grace Chapel.

We have completed numerous learning spaces such as those for Burgmann Anglican School Senior School building and the Middle School Campus.

We have undertaken extensive public department office refurbishments under the guidance of Director Bruce Fisher, such as the Court and Office Refurbishment.

Our Interior Design team also specialise in hospitality fitouts such as the Burgmann Anglican School Cafe and the CIT Cafeteria Refurbishment.

Masterplanning

Many of our education projects have involved detailed masterplanning prior to construction.

We have undertaken detailed masterplanning under the guidance of Director Andrew Moore for the Burgmann Anglican School Gungahlin and Forde campuses, Wagga Wagga Christian Centre and the Brindabella Christian College.
